Medico Clinic is a 500-square-meter dental clinic located inIstanbul. The clinic features 9 examination rooms, offices, service units, anda spacious waiting area. Within an area boasting expansive facades on three sides, clinic rooms are positioned along the perimeters to harness maximum sunlight. At the heart of the space, a curvilinear core, featuring an amorphous form, defines the project's identity and houses office units.

The amorphous core creates distinct perspectives from every angle, completely altering the perception of the space, which is inherently orthogonal. Curvilinear angles do not only generate surprising perspectives but also nurture a sense of curiosity.

The turquoise blue color used manifests itself in different materials. The blue hue, employed both on the floor and walls as metal mesh, asserts itself uniquely. The color blue emphasizes a sense of calmness and freshness, while the integrated lighting provides visual fluidity through reflections on the perforated metal. The curvilinear traces on the ceiling follow the walls, creating a harmonious and simple unity. The info desk nestled in a curvilinear niche elegantly shines with its metallic material.

The seamless flooring material not only avoids visual strain but also serves asterile purpose with its groutless structure. On the clinical side, an entirely white, simple, and sterile design language is implemented. To add depth to the clinical walls and bring sunlight into corridors and inner areas, a semi-permeable glass material is chosen. This choice contributes to the sense of expansion, enhances freshness, and ensures privacy within the space.

The lighting design is carefully shaped by using direct and indirect lighting that serves entirely different purposes in various sections of the clinic. While aiming to create a calm and soothing atmosphere for patients, soft and warm lighting in waiting areas is thoughtfully considered to reduce anxiety and promote relaxation. On the other hand, in the operation rooms, lighting values and colors suitable for a working environment have been chosen to create a more functional atmosphere.

Medico Clinic redefines the healthcare landscape by seamlessly blending form and function. With strategic spatial planning, acurated color palette, and a commitment to practical design, the clinic offers a distinctive and welcoming environment.
